Business Support Specialist (Entry-Level)

Job Summary:

A proactive and adaptable team player with strong administrative skills and a willingness to learn quickly. Able to support daily office operations, follow management directives, and assist in creative tasks such as content creation, campaign support, and organizing events. Brings flexibility, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to support cross-functional teams and business initiatives.


Job Responsibilities

  • Performs admin duties like answering phone calls, responding to clients. Learns about the business quickly and efficiently.

  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning.

  • Follow the directives from the management efficiently.


Added duties:

  • Assist marketing and sales teams with creative writing and content creation for campaigns

  • Support and help facilitate seminars, information sessions, interviews, and meetings


Qualifications:

  • Basic:

    • Effective English communication skills in written and verbal form

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Preferred:

    • Bachelor’s degree and at least a year of business and admin-related work experience

    • Experience in above mentioned tasks

    • Experience creating content and/or written campaigns


Compensation:

  • The starting salary for this full-time role ranges from $30,000 to $40,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Compensation is competitive and aligned with California’s minimum wage standards, with opportunities for growth based on performance and contribution.
