About this job: Performs clerical tasks including processing and recording transactions, prepares reports and budgets, responds to inquiries from clients and vendors, performs fact checking and filing.
Added admin duties: Answers phone calls, schedules meetings, supports visitors and implements office procedures and systems. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding and scanning.
Qualifications:
Basic:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Organizational skills and beginner’s office skills and software are necessary (Word, Excel, Power point and use of Social Media related Programs like Photoshop and Canva are a plus)
Preferred:
- Business and Accounting related education and work experiences would be a plus
- Please add foreign or domestic/local experiences or training
- (without or with less working experiences but preferably has rendered volunteer or active participating in school events or extra-curricular activities would be a plus)

About this job: Performs admin duties like answering phones calls, responding clients. This requires good attention to detail, creative writing and creating content for campaigns; follows the directives well and in very less time.
