1.       Accountant assistant with added admin tasks

About this job: Performs clerical tasks including processing and recording transactions, prepares reports and budgets, responds to inquiries from clients and vendors, performs fact checking and filing.

Added admin duties: Answers phone calls, schedules meetings, supports visitors and implements office procedures and systems. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding and scanning.

Qualifications:

Basic:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Organizational skills and beginner’s office skills and software are necessary (Word, Excel, Power point and use of Social Media related Programs like Photoshop and Canva are a plus)

Preferred:

  • Business and Accounting related education and work experiences would be a plus
  • Please add foreign or domestic/local experiences or training
  • (without or with less working experiences but preferably has rendered volunteer or active participating in school events or extra-curricular activities would be a plus)
  • Possesses good communication skills both in writing and speaking
  • Creative thinking and putting ideas into implementation will be helpful

2.       Admin Support and Creative Support Trainee

About this job: Performs admin duties like answering phones calls, responding clients. This requires good attention to detail, creative writing and creating content for campaigns; follows the directives well and in very less time.

Qualifications:

Basic:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Effective English communication skills in written and verbal form
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in above mentioned tasks
  • Experience creating content and/or written campaigns

3.       Communications and Marketing Support Trainee and specialist

About this job: Creates written and/or visual content for flyers and/or Social Media posts and articles. Creates website content or online promotional materials. Handles public relations, information delivery and advertising to improve customer relations.

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • English proficiency in both oral and written communication

7.       Customer Relations and Marketing Support

8.       Graphics/Media & Communications Team Support
