Job Description:

  • Junior Accountant
    • Recording all financial transactions daily
    • Issuing payment invoices and receipts to clients
    • Preparing and submitting periodic financial reports to management
    • Performing account reconciliations
    • Processing income statements, balance sheets and other management account reports, under the supervision of the Senior Accountant
    • Reviewing expenditures of the company such as payroll and petty cash expenses
    • Assisting with asset audits, as necessary
    • Assisting with other accounting tasks, as assigned by a supervisor
  • Senior Accountant
    • Recommend ways to reduce costs and enhance revenue.
    • Prepare documentation for External Auditors.
    • Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and alert the CFO if necessary.
    • Coordinate semi-annual audits and assist the CFO in running audits.
    • Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
    • Delegate financial responsibilities to the accounting team.
  • Administrative Assistant
    • Provide administrative support to the management team
    • Process invoice and billing reconciliations
    • Assist with preparing correspondences and reports
    • Manage all forms, policies, and procedures
    • Maintain inventory of office supplies
  • Bookkeeper
    • Manage the daily sales reconciliation process.
    • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including analysis, financial reporting, review, and yearly audit.
    • Ensure the accurate reporting of general ledger accounting in the company’s accounting system.
    • Perform on-site inventory audits and reviews.
  • Communication Specialist ( graphics & analytics)
    • Champion continuous improvement initiatives and efforts.
    • Manage the documentation and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
    • Collect engagement data from various sources that highlight the critical metrics, successes and opportunities of internal communications, reporting out to key stakeholders regularly.
    • Support the review of survey data to identify insights.
    • Publish a weekly brief of actions, updates, and reminders to keep the team informed and connected.
    • Maintain the team’s page on the intranet.
    • Support various projects and initiatives across the team.
    • Plan and organize team meetings, engagement activities and celebrations.
    • Other duties as assigned.
  • Technical Support Specialist ( must be willing to multi-tasking)
    • Updating the company website with tech tips and brief documents
    • Evaluating system potential through assessing compatibility of new programs with existing programs
    • Improving existing programs by evaluating objectives and specifications, reviewing proposed changes and making recommendations
    • Maintaining system functionality by testing computer components
    • Maintain client confidence by keeping their information confidential
