Supreme Court Blocks Trump from Ending DACA

This morning, the supreme court blocked the Trump’s administration’s attempt to end DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals).

The Dream Act protects children who were brought to the US by their parents in the hope of a better future. The kids are called “Dreamers” – they are in school and are working hard for their future. Perhaps, not all of them are proving resilience because of denied opportunities and for reasons we cannot explain but DENYING them a path to citizenship in the only country they know or believe would save them, is cruel and inhumane.
It was a 5-4 ruling that brought upon the victory, thanks to Chief Justice John Roberts and Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Elena Kagan, Stephen Breyer, and Sonia Sotomayor.

The ruling stated that the Trump administration failed to provide a justifiable reason to end DACA. The ruling paves the way for beneficiaries of the program to renew their applications. Trump continues to blast his complaints and distaste for the ruling, but unfortunately, he and his racist hounds were not able to destroy these children’s dreams.

Former President Obama and Democratic Presidential Nominee expressed their congratulations on the ruling outcome. Today’s decision gives Dreamers a temporary sigh of relief, but more work needs to be done.

This news is shedding light at the end of the tunnel for our DREAMERS! Dreamers are here to stay and let us continue making their dreams come true by honing their skills, educating them more and instill good values, conduct and practices that will help our country, rise again, especially during this difficult time.

Thank you, Supreme Court; justice and humanity, prevails.

CSI Professionals Inc. has supported and will continue to support Dreamers to reach the America Dream. We applaud and support their achievements and skills, so that they can make themselves worthy of the opportunity to contribute in making American great again! These small victories will lead to bigger ones, as we progress with dedication and positivity.
