Last June 25, 2010, CSI conducted a seminar on U.S./Canadian working visas and Global Filipinos; and facilitated an interview workshop for new and ongoing clients.
As usual, CSI was able to reintroduce itself as the employment agency that will walk its applicants throughout their journey as Global Filipinos, and in going through successful employment-based visa applications.
More importantly, the session was highlighted by the launching of the interview workshop wherein all attendees were paired up and were asked to depict an interview scenario. Both members of each pairing had 5 minutes to role play as an interviewer and interviewee respectively.
After the exercise, an open discussion was facilitated. The participants were given constructive criticism and interview tips.
Through the workshop, the participants were able to practice their interview skills based on U.S. standards. In the Philippines, you may need to take personality development courses or other paid workshops to reinforce your skills; but with CSI, practical exercises were offered and incorporated in a FREE and INFORMATIVE Seminar.
